The company has hired a dedicated workforce that develops the designs and takes into consideration every other meticulous aspect before developing the end product. The quality production confirmation can be after the illustration of industrial design with Auto Cad or 3D modeling. Our design department is able to create your designs either from the huge sample set we have in our collections or by a sample than you can provide to us by drawings or sketches. All “ i Touch ” eyewear is handmade Acetate spectacles and we assure 100% accuracy in material, colour, size and functionality.

Once the production design has been finalized, the technical phase of the manufacturer process can be start. Because of brittleness and other problem with previously petroleum based used plastic, Acetate is the highest quality and ecofriendly plastic material for eyeglasses, which is made from cutting, forming, assembling and hand polishing sheets of plastic. Acetate retains its colour brightness impeccably over time because its hue is embedded in the material rather than sprayed on, which also prevent any colour peeling. Cellulose Acetate is a key material in production, using highly specialized staff and cutting-edge technology.

Our production plant is equipped with cutting-edge and high performance technologies. We use the best machines on the market at each individual stage of the eyewear manufacturing process. With each frame undergoing an arduous process of 75+ steps and hundreds of hours, turning the employees behind the brand into an elite group of artisans, handcrafting luxury eyewear. We personally oversee the placement, shipment and tracking of each eyewear order. Thanks to our experience and know how, we produce special custom finishes to satisfy the requests of our most demanding clients.
